We offer convenient and secure payment options for our cleaning services. You can choose to pay for your cleaning services either by cash or through bank transfer. The scope and price of work will be dicussed PRIOR with our supervisor for full transparency.

Payment will be made after final inspection and once client is satisfied with the result.

At All Clear Cleaning Samui, we understand that your time is valuable, and you may not always be available to be present during the cleaning service.

You are not required to be at home while we clean, as long as you feel comfortable allowing our trustworthy and professional team access to your property. Many of our clients provide us with a key or code entry to access their homes while they are away, while others prefer to be present during the service. We are happy to accommodate your preferences and work with you to ensure a convenient and stress-free cleaning experience.

For the first cleaning, we do prefer an in-person meeting at your property, to ensure that our team can focus on what is mos important to you.

Yes, we do offer organic cleaning products for an additional surcharge of 500THB per house.

We recommend to use organic products for those who have sensitivities, and to families with children who are spending a lot of time on the floor. Simply let us know your preference when scheduling your cleaning service, and we will accommodate your request accordingly.
